About Cornerstone Bakery of North Hickory Story All of our products are fresh and homemade. We bake all our desserts from scratch daily without any preservatives from the highest quality materials. We offer weekly flavors in cupcakes as well as 8 constant flavors; Vanilla/vanilla Vanilla/chocolate Chocolate/vanilla Chocolate/chocolate Red velvet Carrot cake Oreo Reeses -Some other sweet treats we have are cookies; chocolate chips, peanut butter, sugar, white chocolate cranberry, peanut butter, oatmeal raisin and orangescilcle. -Cake truffles in assorted flavors; red velvet in white or dark chocolate, lemon, reeses, chocolate raspberry, chocolate hazelnut, funfetti, oreo, rum, chocolate orange and double chocolate. -- Tiramisu, coconut cake, and napoleon by the slice or by the sheet. -- Grab and go individual cakes in various flavors. -- Cream horns, cream puffs and eclairs. -- Pound cakes in flavors and in different sizes.(From small pans to large servings.) -- French macaroons in various flavors and colors. -Breakfast menu; danishes and turnovers in apple, cherry, strawberry and blueberry with cream cheese and cinnamon buns.
