An intensive outpatient program like ours is designed for those who are currently at a breaking point. And when regular visits with your therapist or psychiatrist are not quite helping you remain stable, a program like ours can lift you to a better point. IOP is designed for rapid help. The goal is serious improvement in a short period of time. Most are in the program anywhere from 3 to 12 weeks, although most of our clients report feeling empowered after just the first round of sessions. In Group, you’ll hear the stories of others. You’ll also receive help with your own daily coping in a private place. Group is a place where you’re never alone. Members are there because they need help, and are always eager to help one another.
