About Nebraska RIS is a property management firm providing residential and commercial leasing opportunities to individuals in Lincoln, NE. Story Nebraska RIS Benson & Bell Management Group, Inc. was founded in December of 2003. We changed our company name to Nebraska Real Estate Investment Solutions Inc. to better represent the services that we provide. We offer solutions for all your Real Estate investment needs. Management We offer residential and commercial management services for your investment property. For our property owners we handle the day-to-day operation of your investment property including leasing, rent collection, tenant interaction, maintenance requests and all other business operations. Our staff represents you in an ethical and professional manner while upholding landlord/tenant law as well as city code. Our book keeping staff will provide you with end of the month reports using asset and property management software by Yardi Systems. Leasing/Rentals If you are in the market for a new place to live, RIS has many 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments, houses and duplexes throughout Lincoln. We also offer commercial space for lease.
