About New York style pizzeria in Louisville Story Marc and Wendy Newkirk purchased this pizza restaurant in March of 2014 from another family who created this unique pizza experience in Louisville. With house-made pizza and pasta sauce, both learned from an Italian grandmother, Marc and Wendy vow to continue the pizza tradition at Perfettos. Added new to the menu is house-made beer cheese to serve along with the garlic knots and homemade desserts that change weekly. As the business continues to grow and customers continue to make requests, the Newkirks will add new items to the menu. If you are a fan of New York style pizza, stop by for a slice during lunch or a pie during dinner.
