About Cathedral City is the place for Business! We welcome you and encourage you to get involved! Story Cathedral City Is The Place For Business! We have a new location and new direction. With its commitment to support, preserve and develop business in Cathedral City the Chamber of Commerce is comprised of business leaders dedicated to the interests of the City. The Chamber’s elected Board of Directors is an active and involved group of business executives and owners, each of whom offers insight and real-world experience to guide the Chamber toward reaching its goals. At-large members are encouraged to serve on Board subcommittees in order to help identify and address business issues that affect the City. We welcome you and encourage you to get involved. Mission The Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce‚ founded in 1937 and incorporated April 17‚ 1940‚ enjoys over 75 years of partnership with the business community in Cathedral City and the Coachella Valley‚ at large. The Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce provides leadership and direction for the business community‚ serving as a source of information and advocacy in the progress of Economic Development. The Chamber’s Board of Directors and Staff work in collaboration with business leaders‚ and local government to expand the economic opportunities for business owners‚ residents and visitors by sharing the many community attributes enhancing the quality of life for all citizens. The Cathedral City Chamber of Commerce works in partnership with all levels of government‚ ensuring the business community is fairly represented and business owners are informed of changing legislation‚ ordinances and guidelines directly business operations. The Chamber maintains high visibility of its members and associations that benefit the business community. For over 75 years, the Board of Directors continues to maintain the highest of ethical standards in the conduct of advocacy‚ business‚ and promotion of the Chamber and its members.
