"George and Kris Hansford opened the first Trainwreck Saloon in Rock Hill, Missouri, July 2,1982. Dating back to 1890; the Trainwreck in Rock Hill is considered to be the oldest continually operated tavern in St. Louis County. A second Trainwreck Saloon opened April 1, 1991 at West Port Plaza. This location has expanded three times and now contains 2 antique bars, a large dining area and a stage for live music.
