We know the problems with serious lifting at other gyms, first hand. We lift and we compete. Our facilities are always clean and our equipment is well maintained at all times. We have numerous champion and record-holding powerlifters training on site. We also have plenty of non-competitive lifters and beginners too. We happily offer instruction for beginners and the not-so-serious lifter. No one will ever be intimidated here. Staffed hours are Monday-Saturday from 10am to 2pm and Monday-Saturday 5-8pm from 6pm-8pm. We're always happy to make an appointment outside of normal staff hours to come down and show you around.
