ICCP accepted Story Lighthouse Montessori School is an independent private school Teaching Authentic Montessori Education to children 18 month through 6th grade Elementary. Our goal at LMS is to educate through the Montessori approach which addresses the intellectual, social, emotional and physical needs of each child. Our caring staff and low student - teacher ratios ensure that all Lighthouse Montessori students have easy access to their teachers, have a curriculum customized to meet their individual educational needs and are learning at their own accelerated pace. The philosophy of the Lighthouse Montessori School community is the encouragement of the child's interest and curiosity, and the development of responsible, independent thinking that fosters a life-long love of learning. Through her life work as a physician and anthropologist, she established many revolutionary educational premises.
