About Old Texas Brewing Company, Grill & Skybar Story Located in the heart of Old Town Burleson, this 100 year old historic restaurant has a little something for everyone from House Smoked BBQ, Tacos, Southern cuisine, Burgers and the BEST Brisket Nachos in Town. Our full bar, wine list and 30 draft beers on tap lets you explore endless drink possibilities while keeping them cold on our Ice Rail. Our Skybar is located on our rooftop , with live music on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights starting at 8pm. (Be sure to check our events page for more details) Come early to get your seats. Full service menu and bar is available doors open at 6pm. (21+ after 9pm on the Skybar) And in case you want to do a little day drinking we serve Brunch on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 8am-12:30pm with $3 mimosa's and $4 Bloody Mary's
