"We’re Kate and Joe Hale, owners/operators of Hale on Wheels Mobile Italian Eatery. We are a chef owned/chef operated mobile commercial kitchen, specializing in Italian street cuisine and gluten free cuisine. We can often be found all around Dallas Fort Worth, and we also offer a full-service mobile catering experience for special events, corporate events, weddings, sporting events, and more. Executive Chef Joe, with 20 years of culinary experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, is taking his creations to the streets of DFW! Along for the ride is his wife, Kate who handles the business operations side of things. Together we created Hale on Wheels Mobile Italian Eatery, bringing the BEST in Italian street cuisine to the streets of DFW!"
