Story For more than 20 years, Bill Bauer (r) was Lew Barber's go-to man for electrical work. The two men shared knowledge as they worked side by side. So, when Lew retired, it was an easy transition for Bill to buy the company and rename it LBB Construction. To expand his established team, Bill hired Lou Alloway, as GM of operations and sales.
