Story The Eldridge Police Department (EPD) officially the City of Eldridge Police Department. With 9 full-time officers, 2 part-time officers and 1 civilian staff member, it is the third-largest municipal police department in Scott County, after the Davenport Police Department and Bettendorf Police Department. The department serves an area of 9.48 square miles and a population of approximately 6,161 people according to the 2014 census. Mission To build partnerships with our community and to continuously improve the quality of life in Eldridge by reducing crime and the fear of crime.
