About SAVES provides veterinary emergency care 24 hours, 365 days per year to dogs and cats. Story Small Animal Veterinary Emergency and Specialty (SAVES) is proud to be a member of the IVG network of hospitals. SAVES has been providing 24-hour veterinary emergency services to the Upper Connecticut River Valley of New Hampshire and Vermont since 1990. We provide board eligible veterinary surgery and will soon offer additional veterinary specialty services. In October 2014, SAVES joined the IVG network of hospitals, making it the second IVG hospital in New Hampshire, and the fifth overall. At SAVES, we are dedicated to providing compassionate medical care through an array of procedures, including emergency and internal medicine veterinary services for small animals, ultrasounds, X-rays and more. We understand your pet is a part of your family, and we deeply respect the nature of your bond – that’s why we strive to treat you and your pet with the utmost empathy and maintain open communication with you and your family veterinarian. SAVES is never closed, even on holidays, and patients are monitored day and night.
