About Take The First Step To A New YOU!!!!! Members and non-members welcomed daily Mission Transforming lives daily. To enhance the quality of life in the communities we serve by providing our clientele diverse, productive, affordable and accessible means of exercise and fitness. Products Monthly memberships start at $40 dollars a month plus tax. We go on a month to month basis with our members and do not use a contract system like other gyms in the New Orleans area do. We have Personal Trainers with the Personal Touch. Classes that we offer include Yoga, Kettlebell, Circuit/Weights, Kickboxing, Tai Chi, and Zumba. Classes are $8 for non-members and $6 for members.
