About Still Hill Brewery is a new Micro Brewery & Taproom in Rocky Hill, Connecticut. Regular business hours: Thu & Fri 4-8PM, Sat & Sun 12-6PM Story Still Hill Brewery opened to the public on February 2, 2016 in Rocky Hill CT. We are currently running a 10 barrel brew house and are self distributing beer to local restaurants and bars. Join us to drink some of our fresh, locally brewed, quality beers in our Taproom. We have 6 year round offerings on tap with additional seasonal selections. We also serve local hard cider and red/white wine. We have growlers for sale but will fill any (clean) growler. The tap room is a fun relaxing place to hang out with friends or make new ones. We are open Thursday 4-9 (Trivia night), Friday 4-8 pm and Saturday & Sunday 12-6 pm. Feel free to bring in your own food or have it delivered. We look forward to sharing our brew and friendship with you! Mission It's our job to create kick-ass beers - it's your job to enjoy them.
