About Physical Therapy | Hand Therapy | Vestibular Therapy "Where Compassionate Care and Effective Results Meet" Story Back in 1979, big things were happening- ESPN debuted, Mohammad Ali announced his retirement, and Mark McCoy decided he was going to become a physical therapist. His parents hoped that he would become a dentist, but after Mark was introduced to an orthopedic surgeon in Lake Tahoe as an undergraduate, he fell in love with the idea of helping others especially after injury. He began to study physical therapy and was mentored in East Sacramento by Lew Crowl in the same clinic where he now sees patients as a doctor of physical therapy. Mark is passionate about helping others, and hires staff who also have the innate ability to want to help others. We are proud to serve the community both inside and outside the clinics. We offer four locations in the Sacramento region; Roseville, Rancho Cordova, East Sacramento and now in Folsom.
