Story Charcoal Garden Bar + Grill is an exciting restaurant concept that brings a unique design and gastronomic approach to Miami’s ever expanding culinary scene. In Feb. 2017, Ken Lyon, a veteran player in Miami’s restaurant and catering industry, opened the first full-service eating establishment at The Wynwood Yard, an entrepreneurial community hub that has gained national recognition. Housed within several modified shipping containers, Charcoal features a menu of charcoal-grilled food, seasonally driven, ethically harvested and sourced off the industrial grid. It is a gathering space for friends and family, locals and visitors and emanates the casual, inviting and creative ambiance iconic to Wynwood, the burgeoning arts and entertainment district north of Miami’s downtown.
