About We are a Veterinary Clinic serving Delaware and the surrounding areas. We are currently accepting new patients. Story We are a Veterinary Clinic serving Delaware and the surrounding areas. Dr. Garey opened the business in the summer of 1999 and has continued growing ever since. We recently moved to our new facility on the West side of Delaware in September of 2014. We currently have three doctors on staff; Dr. Thomas Garey, Dr. Elizabeth Dible and Dr. Aime Segner. We are accepting new patients at this time and would love for you to give us the opportunity to care for your pets.
