About Open since 2003, the studio is the only fully-equipped Pilates studio in Huntingdon Valley. We strive to be true to the teaching of Joseph H. Pilates. Story Joe Pilates believed that the definition of physical fitness was "the attainment and maintenance of a uniformly developed body with a sound mind fully capable of naturally, easily and satisfactorily performing our many and varied daily tasks with spontaneous zest and pleasure".
