About Yoga, reiki, massage, and meditation: our studio combines wellness, movement, and community for students of all levels in California. Story Those focused on healing, wellness, and empowerment near Morro Bay know they can go to the Holistic Movement Center for complete support. While our studio is home to many classes and events, we’re also home to a community of inspiring individuals, some of whom have been with us since we first opened in 2002. We were founded out of a love for yoga and have grown over the years to include rejuvenating holistic techniques too, like reiki and massage therapy. According to the owner, "I envision HMC being a center for healing, wellness, and empowerment.” A relaxing studio like ours welcomes people at every level and encourages them to unite both their minds and bodies one breath at a time.
