About Bellmarie is now under new ownership. Victorian Gardens. Story BellMarie opened its doors for business in October 1997. BellMarie is not home, but we strive to give our residents that home-like atmosphere during their stay. BellMarie's goal then, as now, is to provide our elderly seniors with dignity, compassion, respect and the personal assistance they need in a small, home-based environment. BellMarie has a maximum bed capacity of 24. We are small by choice so that we can give each resident our best. BellMarie is licensed by the State of Connecticut as an Elderly Residential Care Home. We offer seniors personal assistance with the activities of daily living. The attendant/C.N.A. assists with bathing, grooming, dressing and medication. If further assistance is needed we will help make caontact with homecare agencies.
