Hampshire Lane, Hollis, Canal, and Bridge Streets, and was added to the National Register of Historic Places on November 12, 1982. It contains 9 contributing properties covering an area of approximately 50acre.District C is located near the central portion of the historic former Amoskeag millyard, once one of the largest textile manufacturing companies in the world. It operated between 1831 and 1936.
