About Mission Statement " Providing superior and professional service, on time and within budget, while maintaining long term quality relationships with our clients, vendors, and team members " Company History O.L Bennett started B&B Services after reti Story O.L Bennett started B&B Services after retiring from Southwestern Bell Telephone with 25 years of service. Mr. Bennett with a shovel and a pickup established a family owned and operated utility business serving the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. After Mr. Bennett retired in 1989, David Harris took over the operation and formed B&B Backhoe Inc. Over the years the company has seen significant growth in the telecommunication, gas & electric construction. In 2004, the company expanded adding water, sewer, and storm drain construction under Greg Harris. After the expansion into this market, the company became known as what it is today "Utilitex Construction L.L.P." This expansion can be attributed to our commitment to outstanding service, ultimate customer satisfaction, and continuing the goal to provide the unsurpassed quality and expertise in the utility construction market. Today, Utilitex is a father & son company being ran by David & Greg Harris. Utilitex has over 30 years experience and has embarked upon some of the most distinctive and complex jobs in utility construction industry, while completing each with an excellent safety record and at the highest quality. With the extremely hard work and dedication of our workforce and the commitment to excellence, we expect to be a leader in the construction industry and to continue to expand our large customer base.
