Story After 15 years serving the Conejo Valley and building the largest real estate brokerage in Newbury Park, McQueen & Associates is excited to announce the opening of our new office in Westlake Village. With ongoing astute market analyses we work hard to preserve and expand area property values. McQueen & Associates was born from referrals by a loyal residential & investor client base originally in West Los Angeles from their Beverly Hills office. Through early “housing bubble” years, the McQueen’s helped many investors buy rental properties and/or “flip” homes in addition to selling “dream homes” all over Los Angeles through Ventura and beyond. For years broker Cord McQueen worked as a team w/wife Mary in single and multi-unit residential sales earning top sales & service awards w/Gold Star Realty in the San Fernando and Conejo Valleys.
