There are many names for the sweet, chewy balls. Some people call it sago, pearls, bubbles, or mostly BOBA. These tapioca balls are an added texture to your drink--much like the texture of a gummy bear. Boba tea is more than just a drink: It's a snack. In addition to the tapioca pearls, we have a variety of jellies. The jellies are made from coconut pulp.
