Story Wheatberry Bake Shop was founded with the desire to be unique and creative. Breads and cakes are our passion! We believe in baking healthy, great tasting food from scratch. Our goods are rooted in a European tradition and are handcrafted, using traditional and modern methods, while incorporating our distinctive recipes & techniques. We are proud to be active members of the local community, supporting a growing economy. Our goal is to help revitalize the fair trade of artisan baking in Western New York. Wheatberry Bake Shop offers a variety of artisan breads, focacce, wedding cakes and cookie favors, special occasion and sculpted cakes, cookies, cupcakes, danish, pastries, and coffee. Everything is made in house, from scratch. We love creating exciting special cakes that meet your every desire. We now have a variety of Vegan options available including cakes, cupcakes, breads, cookies, pastries, etc. Many times these items are also convenient for those with dairy or egg allergies. We're always excited to try new flavors or recipes so we're always expanding our menus so let us know if there's something you'd like us to try! Wheatberry Bake Shop presents our baked goods to the public, and we also are available to supply local restaurants and cater to weddings and special events.
