About PROFESSIONAL PAINTING COMPANY Story The Pittsburgh Painting Company was started in 1978 by Bill’s Father. Bill took over the company in 1992 and started The Pittsburgh Painting Co. Our company is still family owned by Bill, and his brothers. The Pittsburgh painting Company has painted more homes in the east end of Pittsburgh in the last 20 years than any other Company in the Pittsburgh area.
