About We are Apple Valley's Running Room, but we proudly serve the communities of Burnsville, Lakeville, Rosemount, Farmington, Savage, Prior Lake and Hastings. Story Running Room offers a free Run Club to all runners and walkers twice a week, all year long. We meet at our store at 8:30 AM on Sunday morning, and at 6:00 PM on Wednesday evenings. Running Room is more than running shoes and energy gels and running clothes. We also offer fantastic training programs that help all levels of runners reach their fitness goals. We call our training programs Clinics, and our Clinics begin at the Learn to Run level, which trains for a 5K distance race, slowly, over the time frame of 10 weeks. We also offer a more advanced 5K Clinic along with Clinics for 10K races 10 Mile races Half marathons and Marathons. Walkers are welcome also. We offer the same top quality Clinics to walkers as we do runners. Visit us during store hours and learn more about the ways we can help you reach your fitness goals, And while your in the store get a free gait analysis and learn what category of running or walking shoes are best for you.
