Story "Forno" translates to oven in Italian, and this is exactly the beating heart and focus of our philosophy We believe in creating genuine baked delicacies using the best ingredients available right here in the Bay Area with authentic recipes and old methods from our native Italy. We strive to give you the highest quality products baked right here in our open view kitchen. We believe in our artisan craftsmanship, we shape every loaf by hand, we let our breads and leavened dough take their time for optimal rising to offer a light but flavorful product. We select the best possible natural and organic flours, butter, eggs and many other local ingredients always in the name of good quality and passion for what we do.
