About We feature recipes from Northern and Southern India, including Chicken Tandoori, Chicken and Lamb Tika Masala, Saag Panir, Malai Kofta, Vegetable Korma, and more than ten kinds of naan made in the Tandoori oven. Our chef has over twenty years of experience in Indian restaurants from New York City to California, from Florida to Oregon, honing his skills and creating his own recipes. Chef Raju Singh learned his craft from Satnam Singh of Muglal, a noted Indian restaurant in New Jersey and 22-year friend of Raju.
