We make cupcakes, cakes and bread that are free of the top 8 main allergens. Our equipment is never used for anything with the top 8 allergens. The top 8 allergens are: dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, sesame, tree nuts and shellfish. Mission Mo'Pweeze Bakery is a Vegan and Allergen Free Bakery that produces products that are free of the TOP 8 main allergens. We bake up tasty and delectable treats like cupcakes, cakes, breads, muffins, whoopie pies, etc. We never use any other products in our equipment to control cross contamination. We are ALWAYS dairy, eggs, nuts, gluten, soy, seame, treenut, shellfish free. We will never substitute an ingredient that contains any of these allergens. At request, we will also endeavor to find a substitute to accommodate other allergens by creating special blends. We routinely test our products to ensure that our products are allergen free.
