About Recipes with centuries of history, refined by a family of supertasters with decades of experience making chow fun, bigger & better! Awesome sauce! Story Since 1988, the Lee Lin family has been serving delicious, customizable American Chinese & traditional Chinese cuisine for dine-in, carryout or delivery in Troy, NY. Grandpa Lee started from the bottom up in American Chinese restaurants in 1976, when he came from Communist China with little but the clothes on his back to serve the Beautiful Country (English literal translation of 美國, Chinese for "America"). And for the privilege of serving freely, he would often say, "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" We continue his legacy of service-orientation, hardwork, and gratitude.
