About "Movement is Life & Life is Movement" The Art Of Restorative Therapy: The Knowledge, Skills & Confidence to continue Movement through out your life! Story Char is a graduate of the Ron Fletcher Program of Study and is also a member of the Pilates Method Alliance and is PMA certified. She has been teaching Pilates since January of 2010. She is also working on her continued education into Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga with Jillian Pransky and is working towards her 100 hour certification. She has also become a Reiki Master Teacher with Andrea Brock & is Thai Yoga Massage Foundation Level 1. My goal is to teach and guide individuals along a path to their personal goals of health and wellness.
