About The ONLY place in the downtown Eau Claire area serving fresh, LOCALLY roasted coffees in various different brewing methods. Always fresh, always delicious. Mission In our days, coffee has become one of the greatest means of growing a community and bonding with people. The entire process from harvest, to roast, to cup takes a lot of time, effort, and patience before the brew finally makes it to your cup. In these days it is more important than ever to take time to yourself or with others and just chill. Talk with each other and learn about one another. Coffee roasters are in a unique position to push people to pursue each other and ultimately teach some valuable life lessons. That is our goal here at Soul Brewed Coffee Roasters: that without some quality time to yourself you will never grow. But also that without each other we are nothing! So enjoy our coffee by yourself or with others. We aim to make the world a better place through the little bit of leverage that we have. Maybe it's just a dream, maybe not. Worth trying though.
