About Our fully restored historic, 1873 Italianate brick farmhouse is beckoning for guests to come and enjoy it's charm. Story Welcome to The Queen & I Bed and Breakfast! The Queen & I is located in less than an hour west of Indianapolis in Crawfordsville, IN. Crawfordsville, “The Athens of Indiana”, is the home to Wabash College, the composition site to General Lew Wallace’s Ben-Hur, and operates the last functioning rotary jail (as a museum). The Queen & I is a continual project as we pursue our passion of enjoying life. The owners, Holly & Isaac, have multiple hobbies. Our outside hobbies are evident as you walk around the grounds and see the chickens in and around the coop, freshly tilled soil planted, and landscaping in progress. Our other hobby is to entertain our friends and family. We invite you to explore The Queen & I from your computer, stop by for a visit or book a stay with us.
