About The owners of The HoneyPot are truly a reflection of a shared passion for hospitality among our diverse staff of event planners, chefs, cooks, and servers. Story Clermont's best kept secret. The HoneyPot Eatery has been serving countless patrons over the years with our all-you-can-eat dinners. Originally started as an amenity to our RV resort, the HoneyPot Eatery has grown to be a popular dining destination to the local community as well as our camping snowbirds. Open twice a week and only for dinner, we serve chicken on Tuesdays and fish on Fridays, with a seasonal menu on Thursdays of meat loaf and pot roast.
