At Serpentine Fox, we hold a value for honoring those before us. The land in which we build on has a history and direct line to a Kentucky Derby winner, Ben Ali. The name Serpentine Fox honors the culture and familial ties of our Columbian and Fijian roots. You will find classic nods to these prestigious roles in our space, with our staff and how we serve our community. Our menu items and specialty cocktails have been crafted with a focus on simple and clean recipes using quality ingredients that set our high standards. Sacramento is a city full of neighborhoods with a rich history in being the “wettest” city in the California during the Prohibition Era. The drive to push the boundaries have been integral in making California what it is today.
