About Full Service Jewelry & Pawnbroker. We do Jewelry Repair, Watch Repair (including Rolex), Create Custom Jewelry for your pleasure. Over 50 Years in fine Jewelry. Story Our parents, Al and Ethel Smith, opened the very first jewelry store in Bell Gardens in 1945. As brother and sister, both of us remember often working and helping out in the store as children, eventually growing up and serving the 3rd and 4th generations of families who are still our customers today! We're very proud we can say that there are so many people still doing business with us after all these years. We'll loan money for you to use on anything like buy a tank of gas or start a new venture. We've set up loans that lasted over 11 months - and ones that were only needed for a few short hours.
