About http://www.blackrockcenter.org/ Story BlackRock Center for the Arts’ is a cultural cornerstone of Germantown that engages the communities to explore, experience and celebrate the arts. Envisioned and established through a grassroots effort, BlackRock has been operating in a beautiful building completed in 2002. We’ve come a long way since then, and the best is yet to come!
