Story Since its founding in 1963, Temple Shalom has endeavored to meet the spiritual, cultural and social needs of the Reform Jewish Community of Northern Monmouth and Southeastern Middlesex counties. Temple Shalom offers many and varied educational, cultural and social activities. We have very active Youth, Brotherhood and Sisterhood groups. Our religious school, which spans the entire range from kindergarten through 12th grade, is a source of pride, as is our Early Learning Center Preschool. It is our aim to make Temple Shalom a warm, caring and welcoming place. Mission Temple Shalom of Aberdeen is a Reform Jewish Congregation that Opens Gateways to Jewish Living, Learning, Worship and Community.
