About Barboza is the sister music venue to Seattle’s legendary Neumos with a capacity of 200 people. Story Founded in 2012, Barboza is the sister showroom to Seattle’s legendary Neumos. Located in what was formerly an unfurnished basement and private event space, Barboza is a 200 capacity music venue featuring the hottest up-and-coming local and national acts. From local powerhouse acts to emerging buzz bands, Barboza is a hotbed of new talent. During the weekends we also host some of Seattle’s favorite dance nights, featuring a host of incredibly talented house and guest DJs.
