Story Employment Resources Incorporated is a fully established, private, non-profit organization, founded in 1990 and incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1991. Located in the City of Fredericksburg, Employment Resources Incorporated provides educational and employment services to youth who reside in Fredericksburg city, and the counties of Stafford, Spotsylvania, King George and Caroline. The mission of ERI is to provide services to disadvantaged individuals who require education or training in order to become successful. Over the past 25 years, ERI has created and operated innovative programs to bring workforce training, specialized educational programs, and alternative education and vocational programs to individuals, school systems, state and federal agencies, and businesses. Our goal in reaching out to those in our communities is to help the area’s workforce, acquire skills and obtain options for success. Our day school offers student with disabilities a small classroom environment so that they may focus on academic attainment and success. Mission Employment Resources Incorporated’s mission is to provide youth with the education and skills they need to become successfully employed, self-sufficient and contributing members of their community.
