About Free Time Kids Playcare is an enrollment-free, hourly, drop-in childcare for ages 6mths to 12yo! Fun Time for Kids...Free Time for Parents! Story Free Time Kids Playcare was created with you in mind. As parents ourselves, we know how getting things done with children can be a challenge and finding the right caregiver on the spur of a moment is difficult.
