About We are proud to announce the addition of our new drive-thru! The Bru Thru is open 6-1 M-F, 8-2Sat, 8-1 Sun. Same great coffee served out the window! Story Family owned since 1996. Award winning coffee house with the best staff in town, ready to serve the best cup of coffee in town. Mission We are an independent family owned coffee house since 1996. We are serious about coffee - the Bru House built its foundation on great roasted and traditionally prepared coffee and espresso drinks.
