About A student organization dedicated to providing the highest quality of health care free of charge to uninsured community members, while creating opportunities for U of M students and physicians to confront health disparities through direct action. Story With the support of the University of Michigan Medical School administration, the UMSRFC Medical Director Dr. Hari Conjeevaram, and physician volunteers, the clinic opened its doors in April, 2012. Mission The UMSRFC strives to meet the existing health needs of uninsured individuals while providing longitudinal clinical, organizational, leadership, and health disparities education for significant numbers of students. Through sustained partnerships and collective action between the University of Michigan and local community members, we will strive to provide the highest standard of care to the patient.
