About We have 4 Therapists with a combined total of over 70 years of experience. Physical therapy, running evals, orthotics, and pre employment evaluations. Story Conveniently located in the northeast corner of Moab Regional Hospital in a new, state of the art facility. Our therapists - Jim Lewis left the U of U Spine Center in SLC in 1994 to move to Moab and run the physical therapy clinic here. Since then the clinic has grown to 3 Physical Therapist and a Speech Therapist. Jim Lewis, Cindy Indergard, Amber Williams and Diana Adams. All are experienced and have specialty training. Jim has special training in the McKenzie method specializing in the neck and back, a Masters degree in manual therapy, vestibular treatment (vertigo & balance), to name a few. Cindy has over 25 years of experience. Some of her specialties are shoulders, knees, feet and ankles, and she does custom orthotics. Amber is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She has been trained in the McKenzie method and has extensive training in joint replacement therapies. Diana Adams is our Speech Therapist. Not only does she help the children of our local school district with lisps and speech impediments, she also helps patients who have had strokes or accidents relearn how to swallow and talk. Things our practice can offer you; Head to toe physical therapy, running evaluations, custom and standard orthotics, home health services, hospital inpatients services, school district services, care center services, business pre-employment evaluations, sports injuries therapy, treatment of sprains and strains, joint replacement therapy, relief from vertigo and dizziness, balance and core treatments, as well as Speech Therapy services.
