About UW-Stout University Dining Services Story University Dining Service (UDS) is a diverse team of 36 permanent and 400+ Student employees working hard to meet the needs of thousands of customers every day. We welcome all students, faculty, staff and visitors to our campus locations offering cafeteria service, food courts, convenience stores, grab and go locations and catering. We promote career enhancement and support the educational mission of the University. Products UDS offers dining plans for on campus students, off campus students and faculty/staff. Dining plans offer value at our cafeteria meals. Our ala carte retail locations offer food prepared to order, fresh deli selections, grab and go bakery, convenience prepared and packaged options, beverages – bulk and bottled including a Proudly Brew Starbucks location. Our Catering menus offer buffet and sit-down service of standard menu faire or gourmet selections, box lunches, and refreshment breaks.
