About Open May 27-September 4 2017 the North Pointe Aquatic Center is the best water park in West St. Louis County. Bring your family for a fun day outdoors swimming in the pool, floating in the lazy river, going down slides or splashing in bucket falls! Story The North Pointe Family Aquatic Center is a state-of-the-art facility that features a competitive pool measuring 25 yards by 25 meters, with 10 lanes, two one-meter diving boards, a “Tree Swing,” and an “Aqua Climb” rock climbing wall. Surrounding the complex is a 910 foot Lazy River, which facilitates a running waterfall and various sprays. The Lazy River encloses a Leisure Pool with a beach entry, sprays, and a vortex. Also enclosed by the Lazy River is a Kiddie Pool with a beach entry and a large SCS play structure featuring the “Bucket Falls” bucket. Between the Leisure Pool and Kiddie pool is a Splash Pad, which is a padded area with sprays. Adjacent to the Competition pool are one open-flume and one closed-flume two-story Water Slides. The facility includes a Party Room which will be available for birthday parties and other rentals. Concession operations include an outdoor grill and a variety of food and drink options. Children under the age of 10 MUST be accompanied at all times by a paying responsible person age 15 or older.
