About A contemporary art gallery in Philadelphia Story Seraphin Gallery is a contemporary art gallery located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and St. Augustine, Florida. The gallery represents American contemporary painters, sculptors, and photographers, both established and emerging. We do not represent more artists than we can give personal attention and promotion. The gallery has always dealt in blue chip works of the secondary market, including the works of the Abstract Expressionists, Pop School, German Expressionists, American Impressionists and others. Mr. Seraphin pioneered the photography market with his collection of Thomas Eakins photographs in 1976.
