About Historical museum located at 107 South Old Dixie Hwy, Lady Lake, Florida Story We operate a museum where you can find exhibits with actual artifacts and photos dedicated to the town's history. It is worth a visit to see what is displayed in this museum, a relic of the past --- a train depot constructed for the townspeople to use along with the first railroads that were built to serve Lady Lake. The Society is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, as of 2007. Mission The Society's mission is to identify, collect and exhibit the ideas, arts and artifacts of the Lady Lake area's heritage to preserve the past for future generations.
